How To Use a Cord Tip (Glue-in Style)

Instructions

Step 1
cord with adhesive on it

Place a dab of E6000® glue onto the end of your cording.

Step 2
Cord in a cord end finding

Insert the end of the cording into the cord tip. Be sure to insert the cording so it goes all the way to the top of the cap but not so far that you block the top loop.

Step 3
Pliers compressing the cord end

Using chain-nose pliers or flat-nose pliers, gently compress the sides of the tip to secure.

Step 4
Pliers adding a jump ring to the cord end

Add beads to the cording, then repeat steps 1 - 3 to finish the other end.

Step 5
Pliers adding a clasp to the jump ring

Add a clasp to one cord tip and a jumpring to the other.
